How to Get a License File for a PentaWare product
The following are the steps to follow to obtain your License File for all PentaWare products.

1 - go to PentaSuite (or PentaZip) Configuration by double clicking on the PentaWare Manager located on your desktop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

or press Registration from the Startup Screen.

NOTE: Once you have successfully registered your product the nag screen will not be visible any longer.

3 - The Registration Screen is where you will prepare the information PentaWare needs to make your License File conregistrationPSb.gif (15917 bytes)
4 - Most users will use the Generate email button.

We have provided the Generate text file button for those users that do not have access to email from their computer. The resulting text file can be printed and sent to us by fax or by mail or as an attachment to an email by another user that has access to email.

5 When you press either the "Generate email..." button or the "Generate text file" button on the Registration pane you will be prompted for the following information. 
  1. User name
  2. Company name
  3. When you purchased PentaSuite (or another PentaWare product)
  4. Who you bought PentaSuite from (or another PentaWare product)
  5. The email address you want to have your license sent to

The MachineId info will be provided for you automatically.

If you purchased a PentaWare product from a store the box will contain a Registration card with a Serial Number ("S/N") that you should insert

6 - This is a sample of the License File request by email. The Text file version will contain exactly the same information.

Send the [User Information] to licenses@pentazip.com by email or fax us the information to 603-218-6044.

7 -  Your License File will be emailed to you within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of the above information. The accompanying email will also include the installation instructions for the License File.
