PentaDVD
PentaDVD is a program that burns files onto the following
optical media formats: CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW and
DVD+RW.
Not all CD/DVD burners support all formats.
This program is not meant to handle music. It was created
for backups, data salvaging, digital images and file viewing.
Zip archives can be created from inside PentaDVD. Multiple
Volumes of data can be created for either CD's or DVD's when
the amount of data to record is larger than the amount of
data that would fit on a CD or DVD.
Available commands are:
Opens up a new compilation to create a CD/DVD.
Burns the files that you have placed into the compilation
onto a CD/DVD.
Copies files specified in ISO image.
Ejects the CD/DVD.
Erases the CD/DVD
Allows you to select the way you want to view the files
in the compilation.
Displays any possible filenames that could posses an
error.
Runs the selected file in the compilation. using the
appropriate program.
View the selected file inside the compilation.
Creates a new zip archive.
Zips files together.
Accesses PentaDVD Help File.
While PentaDVD is a separate program which allows
you a great deal of flexibility due to the ability to
create "compilations" of files and folders in any
way you want or need to,
PentaSuite also offers PentaCD
as a quick means of making CD's and DVD's from inside many
programs. PentaCD is also available with PentaZip.
